Questions, Answered
From the first inquiry to the final file, here's a full look at the process, the details, and what sets working with Legendary Flix apart.
Step by Step
Every project follows the same four-stage system. It keeps things consistent, keeps communication clear, and keeps the final product at a level that's worth showing off.
01
Start by completing the booking form. Share your project details: what you're building, when you need it, and what success looks like. The more you share, the better the plan we can put together.
02
Once the contract is signed, we get into the details. This phase is all about preparation: locations, mood boards, shot lists, and a clear game plan built around your specific goals.
03
Shoot day is where the system pays off. The team arrives prepared, operates efficiently, and creates an environment built for comfort and quality. No chaos. No wasted time. Just great work.
04
After the session, you receive access to a preview gallery to select your favorites. Every chosen image is professionally retouched and color graded to match the mood board created in pre-production.

Booking & Getting Started
Start by filling out the booking form on the Contact page. Include your project type, preferred dates, and any details about your vision. Once we receive your inquiry, we'll follow up within 24 to 48 business hours to schedule a discovery call.
If you're unsure about scope or budget, don't worry. The consultation is exactly the right place to figure that out together.
For weddings and large-scale events, booking 3 to 6 months in advance is strongly recommended. For corporate shoots, brand sessions, and events, 4 to 6 weeks typically gives us enough lead time to execute at the highest level.
That said, if you have a tight timeline, reach out anyway. We keep limited availability for urgent bookings and will do our best to accommodate when we can.
Yes. Every project starts with a discovery call before any contract is signed. This is where we align on your vision, clarify scope, and confirm that we're the right fit for each other. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about what you're trying to build.
Yes. A deposit is required to officially hold your date and begin pre-production work. Deposit amounts vary by project size and are outlined clearly in your contract. The remaining balance is due prior to the shoot date.
The Process
After the contract and deposit are confirmed, we move into the Strategy and Alignment phase. This includes a mood board call, location scouting, shot list development, and day-of logistics planning.
You'll know exactly what to expect before we ever show up on site. Surprises are great for parties. They're not great for productions.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in detail within your contract. In general, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled date if notice is given within the required window.
Life happens. If something comes up, communicate early and we'll work through it together.
Absolutely. Legendary Flix is based in Atlanta but regularly works nationally and internationally. Travel fees apply for projects outside the metro area and are itemized in your proposal so there are no surprises.
Destination weddings, international brand shoots, and travel-specific content are all part of the portfolio. If it's worth documenting, we'll go where it is.
It depends on the scope. A focused brand portrait session may run 2 to 3 hours. A full-day event or wedding can run 8 to 12 hours or more. Multi-day commercial productions are scoped individually.
Time is built into every proposal so you know exactly what the shoot day looks like before it begins.
Deliverables & Turnaround
A preview gallery is typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days of the shoot. This gives you a selection of images to choose from before final retouching begins.
Final edited photos are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of your selection. Video timelines vary by complexity and are confirmed in your contract.
All final files are delivered via a private online gallery or cloud folder. Files are organized, properly labeled, and exported at the resolutions you need, whether that's web-optimized, print-ready, or both.
You'll receive a download link with clear instructions for accessing and saving your assets.
Image count depends on the package and the nature of the shoot. Event and wedding packages typically include significantly more selects than a focused portrait or brand session. Exact quantities are outlined in your proposal.
The goal is always quality over quantity. Every delivered image is one you'll actually use.
Yes. A revision round is included in every project. This covers color adjustments, crop changes, and light retouching requests. More extensive revisions or additional selections beyond the original scope may be billed at an hourly rate.
Feedback is always welcome. Clear communication early in the process is the best way to minimize revisions on the back end.
Services & Specialties
Yes. Photo and video can be combined for the same shoot. This is one of the most efficient ways to produce a full suite of content in a single production day. Coverage plans and team size are adjusted accordingly to maintain quality across both formats.
Legendary Flix works across weddings, corporate events, brand campaigns, portrait sessions, product shoots, travel content, and large-scale productions. Past clients include Fortune 500 companies, entertainment brands, nonprofits, athletes, and founders.
If the work requires a high level of craft and visual consistency, it's in our wheelhouse.
Yes. The mood board process in pre-production exists specifically for this reason. If you have reference images, an existing brand guide, or a specific look you're trying to achieve, bring them to the alignment call and we'll build the edit around what you need.
Yes. Monthly retainers are available for brands and organizations that need consistent visual content without the friction of booking individual shoots. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling, dedicated creative direction, and a predictable content output every month.
Retainer packages are custom-scoped based on volume and deliverable types. Reach out to start that conversation.
Pricing & Packages
Pricing is based on project scope, shoot duration, deliverable count, and any additional services like travel, second shooters, or expedited turnaround. After your discovery call, you'll receive a detailed, itemized proposal so you know exactly what you're getting.
There are no hidden fees. Everything is in writing before any work begins.
Payment plans are available for larger projects. A deposit secures your date, with remaining payments structured based on the project timeline. All terms are outlined clearly in your contract before you sign anything.
Both. Foundational packages exist for common project types like event coverage, brand portrait sessions, and weddings. These serve as a starting point and can be built out with add-ons based on your specific needs.
For larger or more complex productions, everything is custom-scoped from scratch to make sure the proposal actually reflects what the project requires.
The fastest way to get answers is a conversation. Fill out the booking form and we'll follow up within 24 to 48 hours.
