Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Legendary Flix or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all photography, videography, and creative services provided by Legendary Flix.

Bookings & Deposits
All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount is specified in your project quote. Your date is not held until both the contract and deposit are received.
Remaining balances are due on or before the shoot date unless otherwise specified in your contract. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original shoot date.
If Legendary Flix must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund of any amounts paid, excluding the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Deliverables & Turnaround
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in your project contract. Turnaround times begin from the date of the shoot or the date all required materials are received, whichever is later.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Final deliverable specifications (resolution, format, number of edited images or video length) are outlined in your contract.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Legendary Flix retains full copyright ownership of all content created. Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for the purposes outlined in their contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Legendary Flix reserves the right to use project content for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Clients who require full exclusivity or content confidentiality must request this in writing prior to booking.
Clients may not sell, sublicense, or transfer content rights to third parties without prior written consent.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Securing all necessary permits, location access, and permissions for the shoot
- Ensuring subjects are available and prepared at the agreed time
- Providing accurate project information during the briefing process
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within the review window specified in the contract
Delays caused by client unpreparedness or lack of access may result in additional charges.
Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is specified in your contract. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be available for an additional fee. Revision requests must be submitted within the review window outlined in your contract.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or factors outside our control, Legendary Flix' liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We take every precaution to protect your content but are not responsible for data loss after delivery has been confirmed. Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
